I wasn't happy with my image that I had download, and sent them a message letting them know my disappointment. I was totally surprised they got back to me immediately and took me step by step to vector my image.i was so excited and pleased with their SERVICE!!! I escaped to Fotosearch from Fotolia after the latter was bought up by the usual over-priced ruthless giant corporation. I just hope and pray Fotosearch remains independent because I'm going to stay with them forever if I can. If they sell to giant corporations, I'll bail out again. Having a wonderful experience.
